Today we are looking for a Jr Key Account Manager (E-commerce/STATIONARY business) Adhesives for Consumers & Craftsmen for our offices in Nieuwegein (Utrecht) in the Netherlands OR in Brussels (Belgium)

You now have the opportunity of joining the Henkel Consumer Adhesives team as a Jr Account Manage. In this role, you are expected to make the difference while operating on a highly analytical level and with strong influencing skills in order to identify and develop opportunities and reach full customer potential.

What you´ll do

Jr Key Account Manager

  • Manage and develop end to end commercial relationship with customers (both online & Brick & Mortar customers)
  • Develop and agree on annual joint business plans that align Henkel objectives and strategies with those of the customer.
  • Accountability and responsibility for P&L on customer level, following KPI’s: turnover, profit and market share.
  • Develop integrated promo- plan (online & offline), manage investments and sell the plan to the customer.
  • Negotiate annual investments & counter performances, always looking for win-win situations.
  • Monitoring customer performance and proactively adapt your plans accordingly.
  • Ensure precise, consistent, and timely communication with the customer & internal stakeholders (demand planners, customer service, copacking, …)
  • You will lead Henkel’s E-commerce development with the click & brick customer accounts via proper development and execution of trade and marketing plans in close collaboration with the respective KAM.
  • Defines, steers and executes the digital agenda.

E-commerce Specialist

  • Develop yourself to become the E-commerce specialist within the Henkel ACC BNL team
  • Align the E-commerce strategy implementation with all relevant stakeholders (Sales, Marketing and Digital team) on local and global level (for international customers).
  • Responsible for continuous improvement and follow-up of the online brand and product content on customers websites
  • Activate campaigns and promotions on customer websites.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor degree required
  • Native speaking in Dutch or French and fluent in English
  • Minimum 2 years of retail or account management experience plus experience working with online customers or other omni-channel retailers.
  • Up to date knowledge and personal interest in E-commerce market & developments
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills
  • Drivers license B
