About this Position

The Logistics, Planning & Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in strengthening how the organization understands and uses data to make smarter, faster, and more reliable operational decisions. This role exists to ensure teams across Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations have clear, accurate, and accessible insights—empowering them to plan effectively, solve problems proactively, and continuously improve performance. You’ll join a collaborative, solutions‑oriented analytics environment where you work closely with cross‑functional partners and serve as a trusted advisor on data and visualization needs. The team values curiosity, precision, and continuous improvement, offering the opportunity to shape reporting standards, enhance data quality, and build tools that make a real impact on day‑to‑day operations. It’s a role suited for someone who enjoys making complex information simple, supporting others, and driving meaningful changes in how data supports business decisions. 

What you´ll do

  • Serve as the primary contact for Power BI support, managing and resolving user tickets with timely, high-quality assistance
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards that support strategic and operational decision‑making
  • Optimize report performance and ensure visuals are intuitive, business‑aligned, and easy to use
  • Create and update documentation, user guides, and best practices while conducting training sessions to strengthen Power BI adoption
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy
  • Uphold compliance, data security, and governance standards across all reporting activities

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain; experience in Shared Services Center (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS), or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and highly skilled in Power BI (Desktop, Services, Workspaces, and DAX)
  • Strong team player with excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills; experience in Continuous Improvement and Sustainability is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
