About this Position

The Logistics, Planning & Operations Specialist (Transfer Pricing) plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of accurate and compliant product documentation—most importantly the Certificate of Analysis (CoA), which is essential for customer assurance, regulatory alignment, and operational efficiency. This role exists to uphold data integrity and ensure that every request tied to CoA creation, printing, troubleshooting, and reporting is handled with precision and reliability. You’ll join a collaborative and highly engaged team environment where partnership, accountability, and problem‑solving are part of everyday work. Reporting to process and departmental leads, you’ll interact closely with cross‑functional groups while gaining exposure to various operational workflows. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement efforts, streamline processes, and strengthen operational excellence—making your impact both visible and meaningful in the organization’s day‑to‑day success. 

What you´ll do

  • Responsible in the execution of daily requests on creation of Certificate of Analysis, printing, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Ensures data quality, integrity and on time submission of all deliverables and tasks assigned
  • Provide process and technical expertise to the business, serving as a reliable point of contact regarding Certificate of Analysis concerns
  • Work on a collaborative environment with all cross-functional Teams to provide resolutions, improve existing workflows, and uphold excellence
  • Works on tasks as defined by process / departments (where employee is assigned); Provides administrative support for the process

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy/finance, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course
  • Minimum of one (1) year related experience in Quality Management, SHE and Supply Chain reporting
  • Proficiency in English language is highly required, both in verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge in SAP, MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Skills is PowerBI, Power Automate, SQL, VBA scripting, Macro is highly preferred
  • Must be a Team player, excellent in analytical skills, with great attention to detail, and must have organizational skills
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM - 12:00 MN) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
