About this Position


We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on HR Generalist to join our team, bridging the gap between operations and strategic HR initiatives. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for employees and business leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while supporting the implementation of key programs and compliance initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of HR processes from hire-to-retire, ensuring accuracy, proactivity, and adherence to corporate and legal standards.

You will work in a dynamic environment where operational excellence and attention to detail are critical, handling everything from employee inquiries and benefits audits to HR reporting and local project execution. What you´ll do

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring timely execution of administrative tasks, employee inquiries, and personnel processes.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and statutory regulations, including audits, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, organizing workshops, employee sessions, and performance evaluation programs.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and operational teams to implement HR solutions and local programs.
  • Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights, contribute to workforce planning, succession, and talent management initiatives.
  • Serve as the operational link between employees, business leaders, and HR partners, ensuring smooth communication, follow-up, and problem resolution

  • Proven experience as an HR generalist in a multinational or complex organization, covering the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire.

  • Strong operational mindset with attention to detail, proactivity, and ownership. Someone who ensures processes are completed accurately without being prompted.

  • Hands-on experience in HR administration, compliance, reporting, and audit preparation.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with employees, leaders, and HR partners.

  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in a hybrid model (minimum 3 days per week in Jundiaí).
