What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Around 5 years of solid experience in payroll, total rewards and HR operations
- SAP knowledge is a must
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- A strong team player with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and analytical skills
