Henkel has introduced the Teroson EP 52 Series, a structural adhesive for increased structural integrity, durability and vibration damping capability. Teroson High Damping Structural Adhesive ‏(HDSA) emerges as a game changer in the realm of structural adhesives. Beyond its exceptional bonding capabilities, this heat-curing, solvent-free, one-component adhesive boasts unique damping characteristics that redefine the landscape of adhesive performance. 

As electric vehicle battery systems continue to evolve toward higher energy densities, fast‑charging capability and new architectures, effective thermal management is becoming increasingly critical. To support OEMs and battery manufacturers in meeting these challenges, Henkel has launched two new thermal interface materials for electric vehicle batteries: Bergquist TGF 2030APS, a silicone‑free two‑component thermal gap filler, and Loctite TLB 9270APS, a polyurethane‑based two‑component thermally conductive adhesive.
