Uniform Codes, Standards and Policies worldwide

Based on our corporate purpose, our  vision, mission and values, we have  formulated globally binding rules of conduct that are specified in a series  of codes, corporate standards and policies.  These apply to all employees worldwide,  in all of the business areas and  cultural spheres in which we operate.

Our SUSTAINABILITY REPORTS

Since the publication of our first environmental report in 1992, Henkel has consistently applied the latest standards for transparency in sustainability reporting.

The Henkel Sustainability Reports cover the key ecological as well as social and societal developments in the respective fiscal years. The reported content reflects the material challenges relevant to our business activities in achieving sustainable development.

Since 2024, we have been applying the substantive requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive ‏(CSRD) issued by the Eurpean Union, along with the associated European Sustainability Reporting Standards ‏(ESRS). With our 2025 Annual Report, we are publishing an integrated Sustainability Statement for the first time.

Our Sustainability Ambition Framework

Our 2030+ Sustainability Ambition Framework sets the frame for our global sustainability strategy and covers the three dimensions of ESG: Environment, Social and Governance.
