What is the greatest learning you will take home after your internship at Henkel?
I have learnt a lot in one year; to be more independent in my own work, to organize my day and my tasks and at the same time to not hesitate to ask when I have questions. I became more rigorous and curious which is very important in R&D. Nevertheless, I think the greatest learning concerns the chemistry part, the way to apply my knowledge for a real product, that completes my competences from university, and I think I will keep it for all my career.

What is the biggest fun factor while working at Henkel?
As Henkel is a huge and international company, there are almost 200 interns from all over the world, who all work in different departments. This is the way to meet people, discover different jobs and to be openminded about interculturality. I didn’t expect this characteristic when I started, but It was a great surprise with a lot of fun!

Describe Henkel in three words
If I should describe Henkel in three words it would be: international, innovative and sustainable.
