-Change need time and there is still room for improvement and reducing silo thinking

Pros: Henkel provides a positive and supportive environment where learning and implementation go hand in hand. They encourage continuous growth, and I truly appreciate the focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The culture here is shaped by talented and good employees, making collaboration smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great place to work and grow, both professionally and personally.

I’ve worked at Henkel for five years, beginning with a three-year apprenticeship where I gained a first-class BA degree in Digital Marketing. From the very start, I was supported in developing my skills, building confidence, and shaping a strong foundation as a digital marketing professional. Henkel truly fosters growth and rewards talent, I was given opportunities to progress, take on new responsibilities, and was promoted over the years. The culture is collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking, and there is a genuine investment in people as much as in the business. For anyone looking to develop both personally and professionally in a supportive, global environment, Henkel is an excellent place to build a long-term career.

Cons 
Fast paced, busy workload. Lots of processes so can slow down tasks.
