Cautam un profesionist dedicat pentru a asigura buna functionare si intretinerea echipamentelor utilizate in procesul de productie, din punct de vedere mecanic, in colaborare cu echipa de mentenanta. Rolul include planificarea si organizarea activitatilor de mentenanta, implementarea principiilor Lean si coordonarea echipei pentru atingerea obiectivelor operationale.
Ce vei face
- Asigura functionarea in parametri a echipamentelor de productie, manipulare, instalatiilor auxiliare si echipamentelor de
laborator. - Planifica si organizeaza actiunile de mentenanta pentru a minimiza impactul asupra activitatilor curente.
- Verifica calitatea lucrarilor executate si urmareste remedierea rapida a defectiunilor accidentale.
- Coordoneaza instalarea si punerea in functiune a echipamentelor noi conform planului de investitii.
- Organizeaza activitatile de metrologie si instruirea personalului din subordine.
- Dedica minimum 20% din timp activitatilor Lean: instruire, implementare, workshopuri si audituri.
- Raporteaza realizarile conform KPI-urilor Lean si comunica imbunatatirile catre management.
- Respecta standardele interne, cerintele legale si regulile de sanatate, securitate si protectia mediului.
