What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR operations and team leadership.
- Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and knowledge of system optimization strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively across global time zones and cultural contexts.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and best practices in employee experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting both administrative and production/manufacturing employee populations.
- Experience in a global or matrixed organization with shared services delivery model.
- Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.

The salary for this role is $ 175,000.00 - $ 212,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
