What you´ll do

  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Employee Experience Leader to drive and enhance the overall employee experience across our diverse NA workforce, including both administrative and production team members. This role will lead our US-based HR Operations team, collaborate closely with global Shared Services teams, and oversee HR Systems and HR Data Analytics functions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a consistent, high-quality employee journey from hire to retire and will work cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence in HR processes, systems, and data management.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team supporting HR Operations, HRIS and data analytics to deliver a seamless employee experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with HRBP and CoE leaders on topics related to employee experience. Employee Experience & HR Operations
  • Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and inquiries. 
  • Drive a culture of service excellence and responsiveness in all HR operations, ensuring the needs of both administrative and production employees are met effectively.
  • Identify pain points and opportunities in the employee journey and implement scalable solutions in collaboration with global partners. Systems & Data Management.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of HR systems (e.g., HCM, case management tools, knowledge base), ensuring systems support operational efficiency and a positive user experience. 
  • Ensure the accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of HR data in support of decision-making and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with the HR Data Analyst to develop dashboards, insights, and metrics that drive action and improve HR service delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration 
  • Partner closely with Total Rewards, Compensation, and Payroll teams to ensure integrated support for HR programs and timely resolution of employee issues. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, and IT to ensure that all HR practices meet relevant standards and regulations.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR operations and team leadership.
  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and knowledge of system optimization strategies. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively across global time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and best practices in employee experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting both administrative and production/manufacturing employee populations. 
  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization with shared services delivery model. 
  • Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.

The salary for this role is $ 175,000.00 - $ 212,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
