What makes you a good fit
- Post-Secondary education in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
- Professional HR designation (i.e., CHRP/CHRL) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience.
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Must be willing to travel.

The salary for this role is $90,000- $115,000.00.
