About this Position
The Senior Customer Excellence Deductions Analyst is a strategic partner in driving financial integrity and operational excellence across Trade Promotion, Disputes and Deduction Management. This role goes beyond case resolution—focusing on data analytics, root-cause prevention, and process transformation. You will lead portfolio-level insights, design preventive strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce deduction exposure and improve recovery performance.
As a subject-matter expert, you will influence policy, governance, and automation initiatives, ensure compliance while enable smarter, faster decisions. If you thrive on turning data into actionable strategies and shaping optimized deduction processes, this role is for you.
What you´ll do
- Lead resolution of complex deductions and disputes, including escalations and high-value cases, ensuring timely closure and compliance.
- Analyze deduction trends and root causes, develop actionable insights, and recommend preventive measures to reduce recurrence.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support leadership decisions and performance tracking.
- Drive process improvements and standardization, including process documentation updates, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and act as a subject-matter expert providing guidance and quality checks, aligning resolution strategies, and ensuring audit readiness.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, support documentation and training, and lead strategic projects to enhance process efficiency.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- With at least 4–7 years of experience in deduction management, accounts receivable, trade promotion, or financial operations, with proven ability to resolve complex disputes and lead process improvement projects.
- Proficient in SAP, MS Office applications while experience with automation tools (e.g., Power BI or Power Automate) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, capable of interpreting data, identifying root causes, and driving preventive actions through insights and reporting.
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills, including advanced presentation capabilities and experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Leadership and project management experience, with a track record of mentoring peers, managing CI initiatives, and ensuring compliance with ISO and audit standards.
- Continuous improvement mindset, adaptable to change, highly organized and quality-focused
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Makati
