About this Position

This role supports the Professional Business Trade Marketing team, focusing on salon channels and the B2B online platform.
The team works closely with Sales and internal stakeholders to support daily channel operations and trade marketing execution.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to professional salon business operations and B2B channel management within a global organization. 

What you´ll do

 B2B Online Platform Operation Support – ~50%

  • Support daily operation of the B2B online platform
  • Assist updates of product, promotion, and content information
  • Support coordination with internal teams related to platform operations

Professional Business Trade Marketing Support – ~35%

  • Assist execution of trade marketing activities for salon channels
  • Support preparation of trade materials and internal documents
  • Coordinate promotion-related information with Sales and stakeholders

Data & Reporting Support – ~15%

  • Support regular reporting and data organization
  • Assist ad-hoc data requests related to channel performance

What makes you a good fit

Required

  • Undergraduate student or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for daily communication
  • Logical and analytical mindset, comfortable working with numbers, data, and structured tasks
  • Interest in professional beauty, salon business, or B2B operations
  • Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills; detail-oriented working style

Preferred

  • Internship experience in Trade Marketing, Sales support, or B2B operations
  • Experience supporting online platforms or operational tasks 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
