About this Position
Apoyar al equipo de ventas en la gestión comercial de adhesivos industriales, contribuyendo al desarrollo de clientes, seguimiento de oportunidades y soporte técnico-comercial, con el fin de fortalecer la presencia de la empresa en el mercado industrial costarricense.
What you´ll do
- Apoyar en la prospección y análisis de clientes del sector industrial (manufactura, construcción, empaque, automotriz, entre otros).
- Dar soporte al equipo de ventas en la preparación de cotizaciones, propuestas comerciales y seguimiento a pedidos.
- Mantener y actualizar la base de datos de clientes en el CRM o herramientas internas.
- Acompañar a los ejecutivos de ventas en visitas técnicas y comerciales cuando sea requerido.
- Apoyar en la coordinación de muestras de productos, pruebas técnicas y demostraciones.
- Recopilar información del mercado, precios, competencia y tendencias del sector de adhesivos industriales.
- Colaborar con los departamentos de logística, servicio al cliente y área técnica para asegurar una atención oportuna al cliente.
- Elaborar reportes básicos de ventas, seguimiento de oportunidades y resultados comerciales.

- Estudiante activo de Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Química, Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo o carreras afines.
- Pasantía requerida como parte del plan de estudios (deseable).
- Interés en ventas técnicas y en el sector industrial.
- Conocimientos básicos de procesos industriales o productos químicos (deseable, no indispensable).
- Manejo intermedio de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Habilidad para comunicarse de forma clara y profesional.
- Capacidad de análisis, organización y seguimiento.
- Proactividad y disposición para aprender.
