About this Position

This position leads Henkel's Laundry and Home Care eCommerce channel business growth by driving strategic planning, negotiations, commercial execution, data-driven performance management, and team leadership. It ensures that Net Sales, Market Share, and Profitability targets are achieved while strengthening digital shelf competitiveness. 

What you´ll do

  • Deliver eCommerce channel top-line and bottom-line targets.
  • Develop a bold annual eCommerce channel strategy grounded in data and aligned with business and channel objectives.
  • Develop channel strategies based on e-4P principles (product, price, promotion, placement) in line with business and channel objectives.
  • Own negotiations with eCommerce customer headquarters to build sustainable growth through successful annual contracts (terms and conditions), improving brand visibility within the platform (SEO, ad packages), effective promotions, and optimized product assortment.
  • Manage promotion calendars, promotion ROI, and conversion optimization.
  • Oversee eCommerce ads and performance marketing efficiency (ROAS, CTR, CVR) in collaboration with e-Marketing and category managers.
  • Own monthly sell-out, POS share, P&L, and promotion results, and extract key insights.
  • Monitor traffic, conversion, basket size, and repeat purchase metrics, and run A/B tests for optimization.
  • Lead and coach eCommerce key account managers, setting clear KPIs and development plans for them.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Category Managers, Business Controlling, Sales Controlling, and Supply Chain for seamless execution.

What makes you a good fit

  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in eCommerce Sales and/or Account Management is required.
  • Work experience in the FMCG category is strongly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen (pricing, promotion ROI, P&L management) is required.
  • Hands-on experience with major Korean eCommerce platforms is required.
  • A good understanding of eCommerce channel dynamics and platform algorithms is required.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills are required.
  • Native-level proficiency in Korean and fluency in English are required.
