Cautam un Sr. Sales Engineer orientat spre rezultate, cu experienta in vanzari tehnice si o buna intelegere a pietei materialelor de constructii, care sa implementeze strategia comerciala in regiunea Nord-Vest si sa contribuie activ la dezvoltarea portofoliului de clienti pentru Henkel Romania. 
Rolul presupune gestionarea si dezvoltarea activitatii comerciale in judetele Bihor, Maramures si Satu Mare, prin consolidarea relatiilor cu partenerii existenti si identificarea de noi oportunitati de business in zona.

Ce vei face:

  • Vei implementa strategia de vanzari pentru regiunea Nord-Vest si portofoliul alocat.
  • Vei asigura realizarea obiectivelor valorice si cantitative conform planului de vanzari.
  • Vei identifica si dezvolta proiecte de anvergura in care compania poate deveni partener sau furnizor.
  • Vei dezvolta si mentine relatii de lucru cu autoritati locale, dezvoltatori, antreprenori generali, constructori specializati si distribuitori de materiale.
  • Vei analiza piata si monitoriza activ concurenta.
  • Vei realiza previziuni de vanzari pentru optimizarea stocurilor si evitarea rupturilor de stoc.
  • Vei gestiona intregul flux comercial: preluare comenzi, transmitere catre logistica si parteneri de distributie, urmarire livrari.
  • Vei urmari incasarea facturilor, recuperarea creditelor si colectarea documentelor de plata.
  • Vei intocmi documentatii pentru licitatii si oferte conforme cu cerintele tehnice si comerciale.
  • Vei transmite reclamatiile catre Customer Service si vei asigura o comunicare interna prompta.
  • Vei intocmi si transmite la timp rapoartele solicitate de management.
  • Vei respecta standardele interne, cerintele legale, regulile de sanatate, securitate si protectia mediului.

Ce te face potrivit pentru aceasta pozitie:

  • Ai experienta in domeniul promovarii si vanzarii materialelor de constructii catre clienti precum dezvoltatori imobiliari,
    antreprenori generali si constructori specializati, precum si experienta in lucrul cu distribuitori de materiale.
  • Ai experienta solida in vanzari tehnice si gestionarea proiectelor B2B.
  • Ai cunostinte de limba engleza – nivel conversational.
  • Ai bune abilitati de relationare, esti sociabil, pozitiv in gandire si orientat spre solutii.
  • Esti proactiv si capabil sa propui solutii, anticipand evolutia pietei.
  • Ai capacitate de adaptare la schimbari si dorinta de a invata lucruri noi.
  • Ai spirit competitiv si dorinta de autodepasire.
  • Ai abilitati foarte bune de comunicare, negociere si organizare.
  • Detii permis de conducere categoria B si ai disponibilitate pentru deplasari frecvente in regiune.
