About this Position

This role is responsible for driving category growth by developing data‑driven strategies across product, pricing, promotion, and channel. The position works cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and R&D to build consumer‑centric solutions and ensure seamless execution in a fast‑paced retail environment. 

What you´ll do

  • Develop category and channel strategies based on market trends, consumer insights, and business priorities.
  • Make informed product mix decisions and set pricing direction aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan promotional activities that reflect the unique characteristics of each channel.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of these activities using shopper insights and profitability requirements.
  • Analyze category performance using POS, Nielsen, and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Recommend actionable strategies based on insights that support category and channel growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams such as sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance.
  • Ensure effective execution of all strategies through seamless teamwork and alignment.

What makes you a good fit

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG industry or a related field is required; Experience with laundry and/or home care products is strongly preferred.
  • Native-level Korean and business-proficient English are required.
  • Solid understanding of retail channels, shopper behavior, pricing fundamentals, and promotional mechanics are required.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting POS, Nielsen, or similar data to drive business decisions.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally in a dynamic environment.
