About this Position

Supports the legal function through contract drafting, review, negotiation, and lifecycle management. Tracks regulatory changes, assists in dispute resolution with external counsel, drafts legal notices, and supports legal operations and corporate secretarial compliance, including board processes and statutory filings.

What you´ll do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
  • Track legal and regulatory developments; provide timely updates on laws impacting the business
  • Support dispute resolution matters and coordinate with external counsel as required
  • Oversee legal function administration, including processes, documentation, and record management
  • Draft legal notices and responses to communications from third parties and regulatory authorities
  • Provide support on corporate secretarial compliances, including preparation of agendas, board meetings, minutes, and statutory filings

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in legal roles
  • Strong drafting and reviewing skills with high attention to detail
  • Sound understanding and ability to interpret applicable laws and regulations
  • Adaptable and agile, with the ability to manage changing priorities

  • Ability to independently handle assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in digital tools, including MS Office
