What You Will Do
- Execute FP digital strategy in close alignment with KAMs, implement digital roadmap,
and ensure tool and process adoption - Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, scope
documents and budgets, summarized in a CANVAS - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients or
stakeholders - Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers, etc.)
- Assign tasks, track progress, and resolve issues as they arise
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Manage expectations and ensure that client requirements are clear
- Create and deliver status reports, including tracking milestones and performance to key stakeholders
- Identify and address project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure project realization within scope, time, and budget
- Oversee quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure digital deliverables meet required
standards - Conduct or coordinate testing phases, including user testing and acceptance testing
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
What makes you a good fit
- Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Informatics, Information Systems,
Computer Science, Business Administration, International Management (Ideally CEMS) - Structured and analytical working style
- Interest in digital platforms, IT governance, or process design
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint
