本ポジションは、営業推進本部サロンディベロップメント部において、サロン向けの新たな教育システムの本格始動・推進、およびブランド価値を高めるイベント展開を担う中核メンバーとしての役割です。自社製品（カラー・ケア等）の価値を最大化する講習プランや新メニューの構築、最新トレンドを反映したセミナーの実施に加え、ヘアショーやPRイベントの企画・運営を主導します。
サロンの技術力向上にとどまらず、客単価アップや店販活性化などの経営課題を解決するコンサルティング、および社内外のハブ（HUB）としてのディレクションを行い、サロンビジネス全体の成長を支援します。
What you´ll do
１．サロン向け講習・教育プランの企画・開発
新しい教育システムのカリキュラム設計および教材・資料の作成
サロンのニーズやレベルに応じたカスタマイズ講習のプランニング
2． トレンドセミナーの実施・運営
最新のヘアトレンドを取り入れたセミナーの企画
セミナー実施に紐づく、講師（外部・社内）とのスケジュールや内容に関する細部までの調整・連携
スタジオ、オンラインでのセミナー運営とファシリテーション
3． 自社製品を軸としたメニュー構築・提案
自社製品（カラー・ケア等）の価値を最大化する、サロン向けの新しい施術メニューやテクニックの考案
メニュー導入に伴う、サロンスタッフ向けの実技指導や落とし込みのための資料作成・プランニング
４．イベントの実施
自社製品の認知拡大・ブランディングを目的としたPRイベントやヘアショーの企画・立案
外部のイベント企画会社や制作会社との緊密な連携・ディレクション
来場者（美容師・関係者）の満足度およびエンゲージメントを高めるための当日運営・進行管理
What makes you a good fit
Must
-サロンビジネスや現場のオペレーション、美容師のニーズに対する深い理解がり、サロン向け講習・教育プランの企画・開発の経験2年以上
-基本的なPCスキル（PowerPointでの資料作成、Excelでのデータ整理）
-多様なステークホルダー（サロンオーナー、美容師、社内営業等）と円滑な関係を構築できる高いコミュニケーション・調整能力
Nice to have
-美容師としての現場経験（スタイリスト等）
-セミナー講師、臨店講習、または社内トレーニングなどのインストラクター経験
-営業戦略の立案や、プロジェクトの立ち上げ・推進に携わった経験
-SNS（Instagram、TikTok、YouTube等）を活用した、美容関連のトレンド発信やコミュニティ運営、またはイベント・セミナーへの集客経験
-英語力（読み書きレベル）
