Bij Henkel krijg je vanaf dag één de ruimte om impact te maken. Als Customer Excellence & Master Data Intern ondersteun je onze Customer Excellence- en Supply Chain-teams bij het optimaliseren van processen, het verbeteren van datakwaliteit en het versterken van klanttevredenheid.
Deze stage biedt een uitstekende kans om praktijkervaring op te doen op het snijvlak van customer operations, master data management en supply chain binnen een internationale FMCG-organisatie. De afdeling Henkel Consumer brands beheert toonaangevende merken binnen Laundry & Beauty care (Witte Reus, Schwarzkopf, Persil, Fa, Got2B, Syoss, Authentic Beauty Concept, ...) voor retail en professionele kanalen.
Wat ga je doen
- Ondersteunen bij het aanmaken, onderhouden en controleren van customer- en product master data
- Analyseren van datakwaliteit en signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden
- Ondersteunen van Customer Excellence Manager bij dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden.
- Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen binnen order-to-cash en customer setup
- Intensief samenwerken met onder andere Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain en IT
- Opstellen van rapportages, analyses en presentaties
- Meedenken over initiatieven om de klantervaring en interne processen verder te verbeteren
Wat breng jij mee
- Je volgt een HBO- of WO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain, Data Management, Economie of een vergelijkbare richting
- Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en werkt graag met data
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en proactief
- Goede kennis van Excel; ervaring met SAP en/of Power BI is een pré
- Je communiceert duidelijk en voelt je prettig in een internationale werkomgeving
- Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal goed
