About this Position

Become part of our Digital Strategy and Experience team within our global Corporate Communications and Public Affairs organization.

What you´ll do

  • Engage in our Communication Technology (CommTech) platform steering and enablement
  • Conduct check-ins and support teams in their daily tool usage
  • Assist in our CommTech relaunch and rollout project and drive stakeholder onboarding and training
  • Gain hands-on experience in our AI roadmap development and implementation
  • Support selected AI initiatives and programs e.g. trend exploration, enablement sessions, and upskilling formats
  • Maintain and continuously improve the AI and CommTech SharePoint platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders around the world and external partners to drive digital transformation

What makes you a good fit

  • Student who is currently enrolled in communications, media, business, or a related field
  • Initial experience with CommTech, content and AI tools, or digital collaboration platforms is a plus
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with Office 365 applications or Microsoft Copilot is a plus
  • Strong interest in communication platforms, digital tools, and digital transformation projects
  • Interest in AI as an emerging enabler in communications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
  • Team player with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Availability starting in July for a six-month full-time internship in Düsseldorf at our headquarters

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
