  • Own supply chain planning support for innovation launches, relaunches, regulatory projects, and portfolio changes, ensuring readiness and on-time execution.
  • Lead co-pack planning activities, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution and product availability.
  • Collaborate with global planning teams and regional supply chain partners to proactively manage supply risks and maintain high service levels.
  • Own inventory performance across the portfolio, balancing customer service, Days on Hand targets, and Cash Net Working Capital objectives while driving actions to reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
  • Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics including customer service, forecast accuracy, inventory health, working capital, and innovation launch performance.
  • Lead decision-making during supply, inventory, and commercialization challenges by evaluating trade-offs, recommending solutions, and driving timely execution.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and planning effectiveness.
  • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus plans, challenge assumptions, and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
