About this position

What you´ll do

  • Assess current business workflows and identify high-impact opportunities to embed Generative AI across commercial and functional teams.
  • Design and deliver practical AI enablement programs, workshops, and executive coaching sessions that build lasting AI capabilities.
  • Partner with business leaders to redesign processes and implement AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
  • Co-create AI agents, automations, and digital workflows to streamline reporting, planning, market intelligence, customer insights, and other business processes.
  • Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that encourage experimentation and help employees apply AI to real business challenges.
  • Establish AI champions, governance, and best practices to drive sustainable adoption across the organization.
  • Monitor AI adoption, measure business impact, and provide leadership with actionable insights on productivity gains and transformation outcomes.
  • Monitor emerging AI technologies and trends to identify innovative opportunities that enhance business performance and accelerate digital transformation.

What makes you a good fit

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms and Large Language Models (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini).
  • Experience building AI agents, automations, or workflow solutions using low-code or no-code platforms.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI best practices.
  • Experience coaching, facilitating workshops, or delivering executive-level training.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable commercial value.
  • Experience improving business processes through technology and automation.
  • A collaborative, experimental mindset with a passion for helping others adopt new ways of working.
