About this Position

The Operational Controller will be responsible for supporting regional financial control and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with corporate standards, and the timely delivery of reports in accordance with company guidelines. Key responsibilities include executing daily control processes, cost center accounting (maintaining structures and reviewing allocations), and providing support for critical FI-CO and PCA-COPA reconciliations. Additionally, the Operational Controller will assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly profitability analyses at the Profit Center and SBU/Product levels, managing pre- and post-closing reports and TOPAS activities for the region.

What you´ll do

  • Support regional Controlling and Financial Reporting activities, ensuring accurate data, compliance with Corporate Standards, and timely delivery of financial reports.
  •  Execute and support day-to-day Controlling processes following defined guidelines and procedures.
  • Support Cost Center Accounting activities, including: Maintenance of Cost Center structures, Review of postings and cost allocations and Support periodic reconciliations.
  • Assist in FI-CO and PCA-COPA reconciliations, ensuring data consistency and timely issue resolution.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis.
  • Support the preparation and timely delivery of monthly and quarterly internal financial reports at Product Group level.

What makes you a good fit

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules.
  • Understanding of financial reporting, cost controlling and profitability analysis/ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) / Excel skills (intermediate); VBA or macros is a plus.
  • • Basic knowledge or interest in Power BI / financial dashboards.
  • Exposure to TOPAS reporting is a plus.
  • English: Intermediate-adva (spoken and written)
