What you´ll do
The Recruitment Partner leads full-cycle recruitment for multiple locations across North America, partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, assess, and hire top talent across skilled, unskilled, technical, and professional roles. This role delivers strategic sourcing solutions, ensures an exceptional candidate experience, and supports organizational hiring objectives through strong stakeholder partnerships, operational excellence, and compliance with recruitment best practices.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of positions across multiple locations, from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership to define talent needs, develop hiring strategies, and build talent pipelines.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience while maintaining accurate ATS records and ensuring process compliance.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to share market intelligence, improve recruiting practices, and support continuous process enhancements.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience hiring for skilled labor, unskilled labor, technical, and professional roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple requisitions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support multiple time zones and travel up to 10–20% as needed.
- Please note that this position is fully onsite. Candidates must be able to work onsite on a regular basis.

The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 and $100,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
