About this Position

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment projects across Henkel Türkiye, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and help attract top talent through effective recruitment and talent attraction initiatives. 

What you´ll do

  • Taking full ownership of end-to-end recruitment projects across Henkel's business units and functions.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process while partnering closely with HR Business Partners.
  • Developing sourcing strategies and attracting top talent through diverse recruitment channels.
  • Providing market insights and talent intelligence to support effective hiring decisions.
  • Supporting internship recruitment and other talent acquisition projects while ensuring an outstanding candidate
  • Supporting Employer Branding initiatives by collaborating with universities, career platforms and external events to strengthen Henkel's employer brand.

What makes you a good fit

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different business functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
