Buscamos un(a) Treasury Senior Analyst para liderar actividades clave de tesorería en Perú y Centroamérica, con foco en la gestión de flujo de caja, optimización de liquidez, manejo de riesgos financieros y estrategias de financiamiento.Esta posición ofrece una excelente oportunidad para participar en iniciativas regionales, impulsar mejoras en capital de trabajo y colaborar con equipos multifuncionales en un entorno multinacional dinámico.
What you´ll do
- Gestionar las operaciones de tesorería, incluyendo la posición diaria de caja y la elaboración de pronósticos de flujo de efectivo de corto y largo plazo.
- Desarrollar actividades de planificación de liquidez y elaboración de reportes de tesorería.
- Impulsar iniciativas de optimización de capital de trabajo para mejorar cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar, inventarios y el ciclo de conversión de efectivo.
- Monitorear riesgos financieros y gestionar exposiciones cambiarias (FX) y sus estrategias de mitigación.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de deuda y financiamiento, administrando líneas de crédito y optimizando costos de fondeo.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de gobernanza, controles internos y auditoría, asegurando la correcta aplicación de políticas corporativas.
What makes you a good fit
- Licenciatura en Administración, Finanzas, Contabilidad o carreras afines.
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en Tesorería; experiencia en FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) será considerada una ventaja.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Fuerte interés en digitalización y tecnologías de automatización, con especial enfoque en inteligencia artificial.
- Capacidad analítica, pensamiento crítico y habilidad para impulsar iniciativas de transformación.
- Experiencia en empresas multinacionales y en colaboración con equipos de diferentes países será valorada.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel; conocimiento de herramientas como Power BI y SAP será considerado un plus.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders, con capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos dinámicos y de ritmo acelerado.
- Perfil proactivo, confiable y con interés en desarrollar una visión integral de finanzas corporativas.
