What you´ll do
Sustainability Strategy & Growth
- Develop and steer the Electronics sustainability strategy, targets, roadmap and growth agenda.
- Translate sustainability opportunities into customer value propositions, innovation priorities and sustainable portfolio choices.
- Embed sustainability into business planning, product development and go-to-market activities with Marketing, Sales and Innovation.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Lead sustainability discussions with key customers and partners, including senior top-to-top engagements.
- Support global Sales teams in customer meetings as a credible sustainability advisor and business partner.
- Shape customer-facing communication, marketing materials, lighthouse presentations and external narratives.
Portfolio, Product & Value Chain Impact
- Analyze formulas, raw materials and packaging solutions to identify improvement opportunities across the portfolio.
- Partner with Product Development, Marketing and Supply Chain to embed sustainability into product and commercial roadmaps.
- Apply knowledge of carbon footprint, circular economy, recycling and packaging sustainability to business decisions.
Stakeholder Influence & External Representation
- Represent the Electronics business unit in external sustainability forums and with relevant industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with corporate sustainability experts, consultants, suppliers and partners to strengthen sustainability leadership.
- Mobilize global teams across functions and cultures, leading through influence without direct authority.

- Strategic, structured thinker able to convert sustainability trends into business opportunities.
- Strong executive presence, verbal communication and customer-facing presentation skills.
- Commercially minded and execution-oriented; balances strategic ambition with operational delivery.
- Ability to influence without authority and mobilize resources across cultures, functions and geographies.
- Knowledge of carbon footprint, circular economy, recycling, packaging and product sustainability principles.
- Fluent English required; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- High ownership, independent working style, passion for sustainability and change management capability.
