What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related discipline; Knowledge of hotmelt and water-based adhesives is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of batch/ chemical manufacturing preferred, ideally across multiple sites and countries, with regular remote and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated track record in leading multiple process engineering initiatives, designing and/ or transforming process as a project Process Engineering Lead
- Demonstrated expertise in process optimization using simulation and Lean tools, including structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience in process safety methodologies including HAZOP, FMEA, LOPA, SIL, and PSSRs.
- Proven ability to work as an individual contributor with high autonomy, owning priorities and deliverables
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills across all organizational levels—from shop floor teams to senior executives
- Passion for coaching and developing others, with a hands-on approach to technical mentorship.
- Fluent in English is a must, with experience communicating across multiple countries.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily across the IMEA region (Saudi Arabia, India), with occasional global travel.
