About this Position

We are looking for a Customer Excellence and Logistics intern available 6 months as of September 2026. You will be part of Customer Excellence Team Henkel Consumer Brands, located in the Headquarter in Brussels, serving BeNeLux customers.

What you´ll do

  • Proactive communication towards customers about product availabilities and out of stocks, inform about service levels
  • In charge of maintaining non-delivery reasons related to service level
  • Responsible for logistic reports on carrier capacity and performance, POD
  • Monthly presenting of carrier performance reporting
  • Providing support and follow-up within our systems (SAP, OTM) concerning open invoices, goods issues, etc.
  • Support team members in different projects (cf. Cost to Serve)
  • Maintaining strong contacts (local and international) with various departments such as Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales
  • Opportunity to bring your own points of improvements

What makes you a good fit

  • Academic degree (minimum bachelor) in Economics or related field of studies (logistics/supply chain/customer service)
  • Strong interest in these domains and the FMCG sector
  • Excellent knowledge of English (French and/or Dutch is an asset)
  • Possessing advanced analytical skills, a high sense for accuracy and good time-management.
  • Very good communication skills (written/oral) and appetite to work in systems and within processes
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (cf. pivot tables)
  • Knowledge of/experience with SAP, Power BI is a big asset
  • Eager to learn and work in group
