About this Position
Manages all production areas, Lean, WWTP as well as service / support department at factory level Implements a production strategy to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
What you´ll do
- Manages all production areas, Lean, WWTP as well as service / support department at factory level
- Implements a production strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products
- Delivers against production performance KPIs, budget and projects
- Sets up and executes development plans for production personnel
- Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
- Has legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirements
- Acts as key contact for local authorities in the area of responsibility
- Champion Lean Manufacturing principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical) or related field.
- A postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Operations Management, or Lean Manufacturing will be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
- Minimum 7–10 years' experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated success in improving productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
