As a Legal Intern, you will work closely with our Senior Legal Counsels and gain hands-on experience across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France. From day one, you will be involved in real business matters, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and develop practical legal skills in a fast-paced multinational company.

What you´ll do

During your internship, you will:

  • Take a 360° view of Contract Management, supporting the drafting, review, negotiation, amendment, termination and archiving of a wide variety of agreements, including distribution, procurement, customer, agency and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Support our GDPR and privacy activities, working alongside the Data Protection Delegate on day-to-day data protection matters and compliance initiatives.
  • Advise the business on marketing and commercial activities, including promotional campaigns, product packaging and advertising claims.
  • Conduct legal research across diverse areas of law, such as competition law, unfair competition and greenwashing, commercial contracts, corporate law, distribution, data protection, real estate, insolvency and litigation.
  • Contribute to legal projects and knowledge sharing, helping to develop training materials, maintain the legal intranet and organize internal training sessions.
  • Support the legal team in its daily operations, including maintaining contract databases and improving internal processes.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious law student or recent graduate who is eager to learn, take ownership and grow in an international environment.

You:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or Business Law.
  • Are proactive, pragmatic and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Enjoy taking initiative and can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships across a diverse organization.
  • Are fluent in English (written and verbal), combined with either French or Dutch.
  • Have a very good command of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Are available for a 6-month internship starting in October 2026 and are eligible to work in Belgium.
