What you´ll do
- Leads continuous improvement projects from planning through implementation to enhance plant performance and efficiency.
- Develops, standardizes, and improves operational procedures, including visual management systems, work instructions, and machine settings.
- Partners cross-functionally and with global teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and share performance results and best practices.
- Analyzes processes, conducts line studies, and creates process/value stream maps to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Drives Lean initiatives, including Kaizen events, MES reporting, training
- The position is in the factory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee may be asked to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds. Working in front of a computer for long periods of time.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 1st shift M-F 7:30 am-3:30 pm
- 5+ years applying structured Lean systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Highly developed understanding of TPM methodologies and implementation
- Demonstrated ability to present proposals and projects to all levels of employees.
- Ability to quantify improvements per KPI, lead RCA to solve production loss issues, lead change, and create process flows, value streams and flow diagrams.
- Proficient in the use of value stream maps, fishbone diagrams, 5S, SMED visual management and other Lean tools

The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 and $150,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
