We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Brand Manager to join our Adhesives Division. In this role, you will take ownership of assigned brands, driving their development through impactful marketing strategies, product launches, consumer insights, and close collaboration with local and regional teams.
You will work alongside experienced marketing professionals, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and our regional headquarters to deliver business growth, strengthen brand equity, and execute innovative marketing initiatives within a leading international company. 

What you´ll do:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for assigned brands in line with regional business objectives and local market needs
  • Own brand performance by driving growth in sales, profitability, and market share
  • Develop annual brand plans, marketing initiatives, and commercial activities together with the Sales team
  • Plan and execute product launches, re-launches, and regional promotional campaigns
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and support innovation
  • Analyze brand performance through sales data, market share, distribution, pricing, and campaign effectiveness, proposing corrective actions where needed
  • Prepare business cases, presentations, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
  • Coordinate the development and adaptation of marketing communication materials, including POSM, digital assets, PR, print, and advertising campaigns
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional Marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and manage the allocated brand budget while ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Support local innovation initiatives and contribute ideas that strengthen brand competitiveness and consumer engagement
  • Share brand strategies, concepts, and project updates with internal stakeholders and commercial partners
  • Support the onboarding and development of junior marketing colleagues and trainees while promoting Henkel standards and best practices

What makes you a good fit:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within an FMCG or B2B/B2C environment
  • Previous exposure to cross-functional projects or regional marketing initiatives is considered an advantage
  • Strong understanding of brand management, marketing strategy, and commercial execution
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Driving licence category B is considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights
  • Strategic mindset with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Initiative, accountability, and a results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
