About this Position

 

What you´ll do

  • Support the monthly collection, validation, and analysis of environmental data
  • Assist with reporting on Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, energy consumption, water, and waste
  • Perform data-quality checks and help identify inconsistencies, unusual developments, and reporting gaps
  • Support the preparation of dashboards, management reports, presentations, and KPI analyses
  • Assist with the further development of digital reporting solutions, automated workflows, and data visualizations
  • Support process improvements of global environmental reporting activities
  • Collaborate with sustainability teams, business units, digital teams, and other internal stakeholders
  • Conduct research on sustainability reporting requirements, data-management practices, and digitalization opportunities

What makes you a good fit

  • Student currently enrolled in a master’s degree in sustainability, business administration, management, information systems, engineering, finance or a comparable field
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI and data visualization, experience with automation tools, or sustainability reporting systems is an advantage
  • Experience with Python and statistical tools like Mathematica and Statista
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills, German language skills are an advantage
  • Strong interest in sustainability reporting, environmental data, digitalization, and data analytics
  • Confidence in working with numbers and large datasets
  • Initial knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting, ESG reporting or environmental KPIs is beneficial
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with international stakeholders

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.420 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
