About this Position
Be part of a progressive, diverse Purchasing team where we are committed to lead and transform purchasing and supplier markets, driving financial performance and supply resilience, pioneering sustainability, innovation and digitalization, with purpose and responsible leadership.
What you´ll do
- Continuously build and maintain in-depth portfolio knowledge including packaging market characteristics, cost drivers, value chain transparency and supplier landscape
- Develop and execute long term portfolio strategy, aligned with business priorities, development and manufacturing needs and sustainability goals
- Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships with global, regional, and local packaging suppliers
- Lead high impact negotiations with local, regional and global players
- Drive total cost of ownership optimization across materials, logistics, complexity, etc.
- Shape your own career with global & regional opportunities in training, job rotation, and development programs within Henkel
What makes you a good fit
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with significant focus on packaging, preferably in industrial manufacturing fields
- Proven experience operating in complex, multinational environments with strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong track record managing senior supplier relationships and high-value negotiations
- Experience working across APAC / global supply markets is a strong advantage
