What you´ll do
- Partner with the Head of Automotive Components NAMEX and Leadership Team to support development, execution, and tracking of regional business strategies and growth initiatives.
- Drive business performance management through governance of key KPIs, business reviews, executive reporting, and strategic action tracking.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations through financial, commercial, customer, and market analyses to support business decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
- Lead PMO activities for strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and cross-functional projects to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Coordinate leadership team governance, business planning processes, and organizational communications, including town halls and management meetings.
- Support acquisitions, integrations, and other strategic business development activities, including due diligence, integration governance, and synergy tracking as required.
- Drive continuous improvement of management processes, operating rhythms, and governance frameworks to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align priorities and drive execution of business objectives.
- Lead special projects on behalf of regional leadership, supporting growth, transformation, and value-creation initiatives.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, business management, consulting, PMO, finance, commercial excellence, corporate development, or a related field.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect initiatives to growth, profitability, and value creation.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution and project management skills.
- Experience preparing executive-level analyses, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of ownership, learning agility, resilience, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambition and potential to grow into broader business leadership and strategy roles within Henkel.
- This position is a hybrid role, with the requirement to work out of our Madison Heights, MI location 40% of your time.

The salary range for this role is $100,000.00 and $130,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
