What you´ll do
- Become a reliable business partner for the Innovation Community and share with them the passion for new ideas and commitment to drive fast and impactful innovation
- Take responsibility for steering the global innovation portfolio & performance by leveraging your financial & digital expertise
- Create actively financial transparency and conduct ad-hoc and project related analyses for the Innovation Leadership team
- Identify areas for improvement and deliver on initiatives to take controlling relevant concepts, processes, and tools to the next level
- Drive forward the reporting set-up and showcase your entrepreneurial spirit by enthusiastically leading (cross-functional) projects and initiatives related to sustainability
What makes you a good fit
- Top class university degree with major in a business-related field, with a preference for a focus in controlling/finance or business intelligence & analytics
- 5+ years of relevant experience to the job, preferrable international experience during education or professional life
- Profound knowledge of controlling-related IT applications, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI tools is expected, SAP is a plus
- Collaborative personality with distinct “can do” attitude and willingness to achieve
- Proactivity, readiness of mind, ability to act independently and on your own responsibility
- Structured but agile and flexible working style
- Fluent English language skills
