About this Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Specialist PSRA to support Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs activities by delivering customer support, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with global stakeholders. The role requires coordination across internal and external customers, management of customer queries, and support for regional and global regulatory projects.

What you´ll do

  • Provide timely support to internal and external customers on product safety and regulatory matters.
  • Manage and coordinate customer requests through the Customer Query Tool, ensuring timely resolution of tickets.
  • Follow up with contributors and stakeholders to obtain inputs and close open queries.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing recommendations for process and system enhancements.
  • Record and manage customer complaints related to product health, safety, and exposure concerns, while coordinating with regional PSRA teams for appropriate actions.
  • Prepare customer-specific documentation, forms, declarations, and support activities through customer portals as required.
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of products, chemistries, manufacturing processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Regulatory Affairs teams across different regions to ensure consistent and compliant support.
  • Verify and support compliance with relevant chemical control regulations, including but not limited to REACH, TSCA, RoHS, and other applicable regulations.
  • Contribute to regional and global PSRA projects, supporting implementation and execution activities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, record maintenance, and timely completion of assigned regulatory tasks. 

What makes you a good fit

  • Master's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Product Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Chemical Compliance, Customer Support, or related fields.
  • Freshers with strong academic credentials and a relevant educational background may also be considered.
  • Understanding of chemical regulations such as REACH, TSCA, RoHS, and related compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in case tracking, follow-up, and customer query management.
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
