What you´ll do
- Define ESG use cases, target outcomes, and optimal sequencing of apps and automation tools in collaboration with governance and DX teams
- Gather and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions across Sustainability, Business Units, Functions, and IT
- Lead and coordinate digitalization and automation projects, including scoping, budgeting, and implementation
- Deliver user-friendly dashboards and front-end solutions to enable seamless data access, interaction, and high data quality
- Ensure proper documentation of data tools for audit, training, and assurance purposes
- Establish cross-functional, product-centered teams and ways of working aligned with the target data landscape
- Drive ESG initiatives through stakeholder engagement, gremia participation, and advocacy
- Foster team development, continuous skill growth, and strong cross-functional collaboration
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor/Master degree in Data Science, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in digitalization and/or data science/engineering field
- Experience in scoping and implementing complex digitalization projects and balance short- and long-term benefits
- Good communication skills at all levels and ability to structure and explain complexity in an accessible way
- Experience working in agile environments (Kanban, Scrum) and strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Azure-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks)
- Fluent English skills
