About this Position
Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como E-commerce Key Account Manager (KAM), responsável pela gestão estratégica de Amazon e Mercado Livre, dois dos principais clientes da Henkel.
Esta oportunidade é ideal para profissionais com experiência em E-commerce e marketplaces, perfil Farmer e visão de negócio, capazes de desenvolver relacionamentos de longo prazo e conduzir contas estratégicas de forma completa.
What you´ll do
- Gerenciar o relacionamento comercial com Amazon e Mercado Livre.
- Atuar como principal ponto de contato da Henkel junto aos clientes.
- Desenvolver planos de negócio, estratégias de crescimento e negociações comerciais.
- Identificar oportunidades de vendas, lançamentos, promoções e expansão das categorias.
- Acompanhar vendas, rentabilidade, investimentos e principais KPIs das contas.
- Elaborar forecasts e transformar análises em planos de ação para o negócio.
- Construir relacionamentos sólidos com stakeholders internos e externos.
- Trabalhar em parceria com Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Logística e Finanças para garantir a execução das estratégias.

- Experiência em E-commerce, marketplaces e/ou gestão de grandes contas.
- Vivência em negociação comercial, relacionamento com clientes e desenvolvimento de negócios.
- Perfil Farmer, com foco na construção e fortalecimento de parcerias de longo prazo.
- Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados e apoiar a tomada de decisão.
- Excelente comunicação e habilidade de influência.
- CNH categoria B válida.
