About this Position

The Lean Six Sigma Engineer plays a critical role in stimulating and accelerating site improvement initiatives, connecting cross-functional teams, and driving a sustainable culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) through data-driven decision making.
The role is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, leading Lean Six Sigma projects, coaching project teams, strengthening the site Management Operating System (MOS), and embedding continuous improvement habits into daily operations. 

What you´ll do

  • Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Identify and eliminate process waste through Lean methodologies and TIMWOOD principles.
  • Conduct Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops, and structured problem-solving sessions.
  • Drive data-driven decision making through analysis, insights, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and digital performance management tools.
  • Strengthen the site's Management Operating System (MOS) and daily performance management processes.
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and Continuous Improvement practices.
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, SHE, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable business results.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Lean Six Sigma projects.
  • Strong understanding of DMAIC, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, Process Optimization, and Waste Elimination.
  • Experience using Power BI, data analytics, and data visualization tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English
