About this Position

As a Marketing Innovation Project Coordinator, you will lead global Product Development Process (PDP) initiatives across our Adhesives business unit. In this role, you will manage cross-functional projects focused on the development and launch of new products, including innovative manufacturing processes and/or packaging, designed to address specific customer and market requirements, regulatory standards, and business objectives.

What you´ll do

  • Lead global Marketing Innovation Projects across multiple functions and regions
  • Managing the project´s lifecycle, including scheduling and steering meetings, tracking progress in project tool (Planview) and handling documentation
  • Facilitate and coordinate international cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and business milestones
  • Leading virtual international teams and organizing regular meetings
  • Prepare and present project updates, business cases, and recommendations to leadership teams and steering committees
  • Actively strive for continues improvements opportunities and sharing best practices

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in project management, change management, or cross-functional leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Assertive and proactive approach
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in standard office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Salary: €1550 - 1850 EUR gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
