社内外の関係者との調整業務が多いため、高いコミュニケーション能力と主体性が求められます。SAPを活用した業務管理や顧客対応サポートを通じて、営業組織の効率化とビジネス成長に貢献していただきます。
職務内容
- SAPを使用したデータ確認・モニタリング業務
- 各種社内申請処理（マスタデータ、経費、売掛金など）
- マスタデータ管理
- 価格登録内容の確認および管理
- 請求書発行・請求関連業務
- 営業担当者へのオペレーションサポート
- 営業、購買、サプライチェーン、経理など関連部門との連携
- 顧客対応および既存顧客管理のサポート
- プロジェクト発足時のスケジュール調整および進捗管理
- 業務プロセス改善および標準化推進
- 問題発生時の迅速なエスカレーションおよび課題解決
適したスキル
必須要件
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
- SAP使用経験
- 営業事務、営業サポート、コーディネーター等の経験
- 請求・支払関連を含む事務処理経験
- 高いコミュニケーション能力と調整力
- 複数案件を同時に管理できるマルチタスク能力
- 主体的に業務を推進できる方

The job offer is written in English – should I write my application in English as well?
Yes, please. As Henkel is an international company you will be working with colleagues from all over the world and English is our official company language. Generally, the ‘rule’ is: please write the application in the same language as the job ad.
