About this Position

The Trade Marketing & Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of trade marketing initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across commercial activities. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, improve customer engagement, and ensure the successful execution of promotional and commercial strategies across channels. 

What you´ll do

  • Support the development and execution of trade marketing programs aligned with business and commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate the implementation of promotional activities, product launches, and customer programs across channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of trade plans and maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage trade marketing materials, POS assets, and promotional inventories to ensure timely availability and deployment.
  • Coordinate demand and operational requirements with Supply Chain and other internal stakeholders to support business continuity.
  • Track and control trade marketing budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Support category management initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain commercial reports, dashboards, and presentations for business reviews and decision-making.
  • Ensure master data accuracy and support operational processes related to pricing, promotions, new product introductions, and customer activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within trade marketing and commercial operations.
  • Support the implementation of projects, organizational initiatives, and best practices across the business.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, or related areas.
  • Experience working with promotional planning, sales analysis, customer support, or commercial operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data to support business decisions.
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems; SAP experience is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
