What you´ll do

  • Support delivery of digital campaigns, promo activity & launches.
  • Assist with campaign testing, deployment, reporting & optimisation.
  • Deliver personalised & targeted communications to improve engagement & conversion.
  • Continuously adapt the global eCRM strategy to suit the local market needs.
  • Implement and roll out global campaigns, including content plans and asset development or adaptation.
  • Develop and execute local eCRM campaigns in alignment with the marketing team.
  • Manage processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness including goals and KPIs.
  • Oversee local tool utilisation, provide onboarding for team members and external agency partners.
  • Analyse local data and apply recommended next best actions from the global team.
  • Provide data and represent the country in regional and global sales discussions on eCRM and analytics topics.
  • Offer structured feedback on all sales concepts, country-specific issues, and best practices.
  • Manage and participate in business projects, offering expert knowledge and business process insights across departments.
