Lo que harás
- Contribuir en actividades de análisis financiero, planeación, elaboración de pronósticos, reportes y/o controlling, dependiendo de la posición.
- Apoyar a los equipos de negocio proporcionando información y análisis financieros que faciliten una toma de decisiones informada y basada en datos.
- Monitorear el desempeño financiero, identificar tendencias y oportunidades, y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio.
- Colaborar con colegas de Finanzas y equipos multifuncionales en un entorno dinámico e internacional.
- Apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua para optimizar los procesos financieros, su eficiencia y precisión.
Lo que te hace un buen candidato
- Título universitario en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o un campo relacionado.
- Experiencia previa o un fuerte interés en desarrollar tu carrera profesional dentro del área de Finanzas.
- Sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, atención al detalle y orientación a resultados.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y colaboración, con capacidad para trabajar eficazmente con diferentes equipos y stakeholders.
- Dominio de Microsoft Excel. La familiaridad con sistemas financieros, herramientas ERP o soluciones de análisis de datos será considerada una ventaja.
- Dominio del inglés y capacidad para desenvolverse en un entorno internacional.
- Residir en Colombia o tener interés en futuras oportunidades de Finanzas en el país.
