- Order expedite request from demand planner/customer service (Rush order/demand pull in)
- Facilitate constrain stock allocation process by providing all necessary supply information
- Run APO SNP to generate replenishment plan
- Replenishment planning based on latest demand and supply information (for product with less than one year shelf life/high material cost, review one by one, for the rest
- Identify potential supply shortage for key products
- Identify potential over supply for key products - Inventory Performance Review
- Review previous month inventory performance and future six months inventory projection to identify the material with high inventory days
- Review inventory that expired/blocked and to be expired within 6 months
- Conduct root cause analysis and come up with proposed action plan
- Finalize the list of IDHs to be discussed in S&OP meeting to reach final decision
- Provide forecast and get feedback from source to get confirmation of supply - S&OP meeting
- Status update for new product regarding master data readiness and supply timeline and the depletion status for to be discontinued products
- Update latest supply status for IDH with big supply gap
- Present IDHs that expired/blocked/to be expired within 6 months &with high inventory days and final the action plan &owner to follow up with
- Representative to participant in monthly country S&OP Meeting - Raise Shelf life extension request to source country
- Send scrap list to logistic team to proceed scrap in the month end
- Review planning parameter (production lead time, transit time, Safety stocks, MOQ, supply strategy, shipping mode, etc.)
